Our 2014 season is progressing smoothly at Thistle Whistle Farm. The garden looks incredible and is really starting to come on. The kids have each “adopted” a plant and check in with it weekly and write observations in their garden journals that they made at the beginning on the season. Our late mornings are reserved for games, usually soccer- but last week we held a cherry pit spitting contest in which a couple of the kids did use their entire body to get behind the pit.
